Season Pass Protector Insurance
A season pass is an economical way for you, the avid skier or snowboarder, to make the most out of every winter. Now you have a solution when unforeseen issues cut a season short. Season Pass Protector allows you to recoup the prorated cost of your pass if problems such as sickness, injuries or employment issues prevent you from enjoying a full season on the slopes. Plus, it includes the replacement cost of a lost or stolen pass and coverage for emergency medical transportation from the resort to an appropriate medical facility in case you are injured on the mountain.

Here are a few examples of when you would need Season Pass Protector Insurance*

• Your mother becomes ill and you must suspend your season
• You become sick and are unable to use your pass
• You tear a tendon while on the mountain and are out for the season
• Your pass is stolen or lost
• You lose your job through no fault of your own after 3 years with the employer
• Your home is made uninhabitable due to fire, flood, vandalism, burglary or natural disaster
• You are called to jury duty and cannot use your pass temporarily

Cancellation and Interruption†
Cancellation or Interruption coverage provides financial protection for expenses related to cancellation or interruption of your season caused by a covered reason, including injury, illness and employer issues.* This coverage offers reimbursement for the pro-rated cost of the unused portion of your season pass, less any refund.**

Emergency Medical Transportation
Pays for emergency medical transportation services, authorized in advance and organized by the Access America Hotline Center, and medically required as a result of an injury or illness which occurs during the coverage period, to have you moved to the nearest appropriate facility. Once you are able, we will also pay up to $5,000 to have you returned home.

Lost/Stolen Season Pass†
Provides up to $100 for any fee or penalty charged to replace a lost or stolen pass. Fees or penalties charged to upgrade the pass are not covered.

Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusion Waiver
If you purchase your policy within 14 days of the initial deposit, purchase enough insurance to cover the full season pass cost, are medically able at the time of insurance purchase, and have not filed a claim for temporary non-use or cancellation due to a pre-existing illness within 120 days of the effective date of this insurance, we will waive the Pre-existing Conditions Exclusion. This waiver is available for season passes up to a maximum pass cost of $10,000.
