SEASON PASS CHOICE GUARANTEE
In conjunction with this year's new season pass lineup, Aspen Skiing Company announced a new program that will help passholders make a confident choice between the Premier Pass and the new Flex Pass. Season Pass Choice Guarantee offers options for Premier and Flex Passholders to guarantee their season pass purchase decision by giving them the ability to exchange the passes during the season based on their current and projected usage. How it works:

• Premier Passholders – exchange for a Flex Pass by January 8 and ASC will refund the difference.*
• Flex Passholders – upgrade to a Premier Pass at anytime during the season and get credit for any money already spent.**

*Premier Passholders can exchange their pass for Flex Pass if by January 8, 2010, they feel they are not going to be able to take advantage of the unlimited skiing and riding offered by the pass. They will receive a refund determined by the season in which they purchased their pass.

**Flex Passholders can upgrade their pass to a Premier Pass at any time during the season by applying the original cost of their pass plus any extension days they have already paid to the cost of the Premier Pass. The price of the Premier Pass will be determined by the pricing season in which the original pass was purchased. A $50 processing fee will be applied.

PREMIER PASS
The Premier Pass offers the same benefits as always – unlimited skiing/riding on all four Aspen/Snowmass mountains as well as summer lift access – all at a lower price.

FLEX PASS
The new Flex Pass offers one day of skiing/riding each week of the winter season (20 weeks) on any of our four mountains plus the flexibility to add days any time for $49 per day with our new direct-to-lift access. Flex Passholders also receive discounts on summer lifts. Weeks begin on Monday and end on Sunday and unused days may not be carried over.

ESCAPE PASS
Escape to Aspen/Snowmass with the new Escape Pass, which offers direct-to-lift pay-as-you-go access to all four Aspen/Snowmass mountains for $49 per day and discounts on summer lift access. 

LOWER LIFTS PASS
Unlimited access for the winter season on the following two lifts: Snowmass – Assay Hill; Buttermilk – Panda Peak. May be purchased in conjunction with a Flex Pass, Escape Pass or Classic Pass. Does not provide discounted access on summer lifts.

CHILD 6 AND UNDER PASS
While children 6 and under ski/ride for free, this pass offers the convenience of unlimited skiing/riding on any of our four mountains without visiting a ticket office, as well as summer lift access. Children must be 6 or younger through February 15.

FOUR-MOUNTAIN FOOT PASS
Unlimited access as a foot passenger for the winter season on the following lifts: Snowmass – Elk Camp Gondola, Two Creeks and Burlingame; Aspen Mountain – Silver Queen Gondola; Aspen Highlands – Exhibition; Buttermilk – Summit Express; as well as summer lift access.

SEASON PASS INSURANCE†...Don't Ski or Ride Without It!

Pass Insurance Coverage Offered to you by Access America
If you can't use your season pass for at least 30 consecutive days during the ski season due to unforeseen injury or illness, Access America will reimburse you for the value of your unused pass on a pro-rata basis. For just 6% of your pass price, you can protect your season pass investment against loss of use. Just add the insurance cost to the price of your season pass.

Reasons to Insure your Season Pass:

1.   Passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable;
2.   Homeowner's and other insurances may not cover loss of pass use;
3.   Emergency medical transportation and lost/stolen passes are also included;
4.   Just like equipment, a season pass is an investment well worth protecting.
