While the spring pass sale only includes the Premier Pass, the Aspen Snowmass 2024-2025 season pass lineup will remain similar with the Alpine and Valley Passes returning, though Valley Pass details may change slightly. Ikon Pass and The Mountain Collective products, which offer limited access to Aspen Snowmass, are also now on sale. All passholders must be of indicated age as of February, 15 2025, in order to qualify for corresponding pass.

Refunds
We have made all our 2024-2025 winter season pass products 100% refundable through August 30, 2024. If your circumstances change—even if you just change your mind—we will refund your investment 100%. Beginning August 31, passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, you may purchase Multi-Event Insurance through Travel Guard to cover your investment before the season begins. Policies
Circumstances, including snow, wind, avalanche, weather conditions, health concerns, public safety or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, may cause us to limit access to our mountains for a period of time. When access is limited for any reason, you may not be able to utilize your pass.

Travel Guard Multi-Event Insurance
2024-2025 season passes are fully refundable through August 30, 2024. After that date, Travel Guard’s Multi-Event insurance plan can help cover your investment if you need to cancel your season pass for covered reasons prior to the beginning of the ski season or if other covered unforeseen circumstances arise during the ski season. Ikon Base Pass Details
Opt-in for your complimentary Ikon Base Pass by signing the Alterra/Ikon Privacy Release at any time during the 2024-2025 winter season. Releases signed for the 2022-2023 season remain valid through 2027. In the fall, you will be contacted directly by Ikon via your email with instructions on completing the enrollment process and collecting your Ikon Base Pass. If you have any questions, please call Ikon at 888-365-IKON or (303) 729-3174. All use of the Ikon Base Pass will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Ikon Pass Agreement and may be subject to additional resort specific terms and conditions as communicated by Ikon.
Complimentary Uphill Pass Details
The Uphill Pass is included at no charge for all Premier Passholders. Fulfillment instructions and additional details will be sent in late fall to all passholders.
Premier Pass Age Requirements
All passholders must be of indicated age as of February, 15 2025, in order to qualify for corresponding pass.

Q: What passes will be on sale this spring?
A: The Premier Pass (Adult, Senior, Child/Teen, College, and Silver) will be on sale this spring. All other passes, including Chamber will go on sale late this summer, 2024.
Q: Can I put down a deposit for a Premier Pass and pay in full later?
A: No. The full price of the pass is due at the time of purchase. All passes are 100% refundable until August 30, 2024.

Q: Can I buy my Chamber Pass during the Spring Pass Sale?
A: Chamber Passes will go on sale mid-August, 2024. Since this program is run through local Chambers of Commerce, and businesses need to renew memberships annually, we don’t know who will be eligible until mid-August, 2024.
Q: What will the pass lineup be this August?
A: We will offer a similar pass lineup to what we had during the 2023-2024 season, which included our Premier Pass, Alpine Pass 2-Day, Alpine Pass 1-Day, and the Valley Pass. Aspen Snowmass will continue having an Uphill Pass, which is required to access all uphilling routes across our four mountains.
Q: Is an Uphill Pass complimentary with my 2024-2025 Premier Pass purchase?
A: Yes. All 2024-2025 Premier Pass holders will receive a complimentary Uphill Pass.
Q: When can I pick up my spring Premier and Uphill pass?
A: In the fall, you will be able to pick up your spring Premier Pass by scanning the QR code located in the Aspen Snowmass app at one of our Pickup Boxes, conveniently located at the base of every mountain. Uphill passes can be picked up from a ticket office starting in the fall.
Q: Does my 2024-2025 Premier Pass come with Summer 2025 sightseeing access?
A: Yes. 2024-2025 Silver, Senior, Adult, College, Teen, and Child Premier Passes come with Summer 2025 sightseeing access on both the Silver Queen Gondola in Aspen and the Elk Camp Gondola and Chairlift on Snowmass.
Q: How do I pick up my Premier Pass benefits this season?
A: Premier Pass Friends & Family vouchers will be available in the Aspen Snowmass App this fall. Premier passholders will receive email notification when vouchers are available in the app, including instructions on how to transfer and redeem them. Other Premier Pass discounts such as Four Mountain Sports and Food & Beverage benefits will continue to be pass-based and presenting your Aspen Card on premise will be required.
Q: Are there any blackout dates on the benefit vouchers that come with Silver, Senior, and Adult Premier Passes?
A: Yes, the friends and family Lesson and Rentals vouchers will be blacked out 12/25/23-12/31/24 and 2/15/24-2/20/24.
Q: What Food & Beverage discounts do I receive with my Premier Pass?

A: 2024-2025 Senior (65-69), Adult (18-64), and Chamber Premier Pass holders will receive a complimentary Ikon Base Pass. Silver (70+), Teen (13-17) and Child passes (7-12) do not qualify for a complimentary Ikon Base Pass.
Q: When can I get the complimentary Ikon Base Pass included with my Senior, Adult, or Chamber Premier Pass?
A: Ikon will begin to issue complimentary Ikon Base Passes in late fall 2024.

A: Ikon Base Passes do not provide access at Aspen Snowmass or Jackson Hole. Ikon Base Passes are non-transferable and can only be redeemed under the qualifying passholder.
