Complete Series: Mind Body Spirit

Mind Body Spirit at Aspen Snowmass ski snowboard winter mountain resort

Ever since it was established by Walter Paepcke in 1946, Aspen Snowmass has been about more than just skiing (and eventually, riding).

Long a place to relax and re-energize, the area has attracted families, adventurers, thrill seekers, intellectuals, artists, athletes and — sometimes — all of the above. Locally, it’s known as the Aspen Idea: the notion that our mountains and the two towns in the valley are the perfect place to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

It is with this in mind that we launched a video series over three winter seasons, to capture the unique stories of some Aspen locals, and how the mountains have inspired them. Below you will find each of the eleven episodes, as well as a few behind-the-scenes details and information of the places featured in each video.
