Meat All Seven Aspen Snowmass Signature Burgers

At Aspen Snowmass, we offer seven signature burgers across our four mountains. Whether you’re seeking a classic cheeseburger or a tasty twist on your patty, each burger is crafted using grass-fed beef and offers a nod to the eateries in which they’re served. Try all seven burgers at Aspen Snowmass this season. Participating restaurants include: Buttermilk Mountain Lodge, Cliffhouse, Elk Camp, High Alpine, Ullrhof, Merry-Go-Round, and Sundeck.

High Alpine Signature Haus Burger

This Bavarian-style burger, served on a toasted pretzel bun, includes two patties of grass-fed beef (raised just down the road), plus sliced pastrami, Swiss cheese, kraut, and a healthy dollop of in-house Thousand Island sauce.
