Daily: June 21–Sept.1; Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): September: 5-7, 12-14, 19-21, 26-28. Please note Elk Camp Chair will close for the season on August 3rd for construction. The Elk Camp Gondola will remain in operation.

Lost Forest - Canopy Tour

The centerpiece of the Snowmass summer experience, the Lost Forest includes an extensive zipline canopy tour, a ropes challenge course, the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster, a climbing wall, hiking trails, a trout pond and disc golf.

Snowmass Bike Park

Snowmass Bike Park encompasses much of the Elk Camp section of Snowmass in summer, offering 2,897 vertical feet of purpose-built downhill trails. But the bike park is not just for gearheads. Beginner terrain is ideal for families and first timers. Come cruise through the forests and meadows and see for yourself.

Sightseeing & Gondola Rides

Our gondolas are the perfect way to quickly climb a mountain and take in the view. Access free outdoor activities, miles of trails and delectable on-mountain dining from the top. Available on both the Elk Camp Gondola and Elk Camp Lift on Snowmass as well as the Silver Queen Gondola at Aspen Mountain.

Camp Aspen Snowmass

For a child vacationing at Aspen Snowmass in summer, we offer the perfect time and place to foster a lifelong love of the outdoors. From ages 5 to 15, kids can explore mountain biking, go on a nature hike, build a model rocket or try something radical, like mountainboarding.

Paintball

Join us for a wild game of outdoor paintball at Snowmass. Outside the Lost Forest, groups can launch strategic campaigns in our Timber Territory Paintball arena. Each player has 300 washable and biodegradable paintballs to take out the opposition, and plenty of man-made and natural features to utilize.

Visit the Maroon Bells

They will take your breath away the moment you see them: twin 14,000-foot peaks crowning a jewel like valley below. Famous for their iconic white strips and near perfect bell shape, the Maroon Bells anchor a large wilderness area where hiking trails and wildflowers will punctuate your summer vacation.
