In celebration of Buttermilk’s closing day, the mountain hosts an annual Bacon Appreciation Day featuring a schedule of all things bacon including bacon doughnuts in the plaza and bacon samplers around the mountain until it runs out. Buttemilk Mountain Lodge and the Cliffhouse will offer bacon specials throughout the day and will have live music! A cost is associated with the lunches but all other bacon items are free while supplies last.
Join in the closing day festivities with The Backyard Bash, a pop up rail jam outside of The Backyard bar and patio. There will be a DJ spinning tunes and drink specials at The Backyard all afternoon. Prizes from Anon and other sponsors will be handed out during the rail jam.
