Who do I contact about my online retail order?

Please contact fourmountainsports@aspensnowmass.com with any questions about your online retail order. We respond during our normal business hours Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.

What is the return policy?

Aspen Snowmass Shop will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase if returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.

  • The item/s must be new, in its original condition, with the original tags attached.
  • No returns if the merchandise has been used or worn.
  • No refunds on sale merchandise.
  • Shipping costs aren't refunded.

You can return merchandise purchased from the Aspen Snowmass Shop by mail only. Remember, shipping costs aren't refunded. You are responsible for the additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Once an item is received, we will refund the credit card that was used at the time of purchase.

When will my retail order ship and how do I find my tracking number for my order?

Please allow 3-4 days for processing plus shipping time. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped containing the UPS tracking number.

Shipping Information

We only ship retail items within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii) at this time. We also don’t ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO boxes.

Please allow 3-4 days for processing plus shipping time.

Items are shipped using UPS Standard Delivery and will arrive within 3-10 business days, once shipped. At this time, we do not offer additional shipping method options.

Due to the remote nature of our location at Aspen Snowmass and the severe weather we often receive, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with the UPS tracking number. Please allow 3-4 days to be notified before reaching out to us.

Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Will non-retail items ship with my order? For example, will my lift ticket or season pass be delivered with my hat?

No, only retail items will be shipped with an order; all other Aspen Snowmass products that have an Aspen Card (lift tickets, season passes, etc.) are available to pick-up at one of our in-resort Pickup Boxes. We do not ship Aspen Cards to guests.

How do I receive my Aspen Card?

Aspen Cards are not shipped with an order. To view and access your QR codes, please click here. Then, easily print your Aspen Card at one of our in-resort Pickup Boxes.

Can I order over the phone?

No, we do not take retail orders over the phone. Please visit the website to purchase available retail products online here: https://shop.aspensnowmass.com/

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact fourmountainsports@aspensnowmass.com and we can assist you in getting a replacement product.

Can I return or exchange a product I ordered online at one of your physical retail locations?

No, you cannot return an online order at one of our physical locations, however, you can return merchandise purchased online by mail. To begin return process please contact Customer Support at fourmountainsports@aspensnowmass.com and visit the Return Policy below for more information.
